E-Consent Agreement

Consent for electronic signatures, records and disclosures

Operating entity: IMLeverage, LLC dba NeededCash.com ("NeededCash," "we," "us" or "our").

By submitting a loan request on NeededCash, you consent to receive all notices, disclosures, agreements and communications ("Disclosures") electronically, and you agree to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your dealings with NeededCash and the participating lenders and lending partners we connect you with.

This agreement is provided under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (UETA).

1. What this covers

This consent applies to your online dealings with NeededCash and with any lender or lending partner your request is shared with. Disclosures it covers include:

Privacy policies, terms of use and state-specific lending notices.
Truth in Lending Act (TILA) disclosures, annual percentage rate (APR) statements and fee breakdowns.
Notices that a lender has or has not made you an offer, and notices that we could not connect you with a lender.
Loan agreements, promissory notes, authorization agreements and payment schedules provided by lenders.

2. What you need to receive Disclosures

An active email address and access to the internet.
A current web browser with 128-bit or stronger encryption (for example current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge).
Software that opens PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A computer or mobile device that can save files, or a printer, so you can keep copies.

3. Our matching service

Your consent for our matching service takes effect when you submit your request. Matching is a real-time, one-time process, so this consent cannot be withdrawn for the initial matching.

4. Withdrawing consent with a lender

If a lender or lending partner contacts you and provides further terms, you may withdraw your consent to receive that lender's future Disclosures electronically by contacting the lender using the instructions in its agreement. Withdrawing before a loan is completed may stop the lender from completing it, because many online lenders require electronic signing.

5. Paper copies

You may ask for a paper copy of any Disclosure. For a lender's documents, ask that lender directly; a lender may charge a copying or mailing fee where the law allows it. To ask us for a paper copy of a NeededCash notice, email [email protected].
